I have many years of experience in sales at large successful customer-oriented companies and in the last 15 years independently with my own company Growth Coach.
I know how challenging it is to run your own business. I also know what it feels like to have to put your house on a second mortgage to keep your business going. Important here is that I know through experience what this means in relation to making complex and difficult decisions, prioritizing objectives, strategies, planning and optimizing motivation, skills and inspiration of the sales teams and the individuals who are part of the teams.
I also spent 21 years of my career abroad and understand the subtleties of other “business” cultures. It is particularly useful that I can work with English, French, Dutch and German-speaking clients in their own language.
It is my mission to let companies get the absolute most out of their sales teams and processes. In a sustainable, attentive but above all inspiring and motivating way.
